Deutscher Soldatenfriedhof Vladslo

The German war cemetery at Vladslo, near Diksmuide, holds the graves of more than 25,000 German soldiers from the First World War. Käthe Kollwitz's moving sculpture 'The Grieving Parents' watches over the rows of flat gravestones, and the site has been Unesco World Heritage listed since 2023.
