Wooldse Veen

The Wooldse Veen is a raised-bog nature reserve on the southeastern edge of Winterswijk, forming one cross-border peatland together with the adjoining German Burlo-Vardingholter Venn. Boardwalks lead visitors across the fragile bog, with open water and heathland offering a photogenic setting.
