Sint-Lambertuskathedraal

The former Cathedral of St. Lambert was for centuries the powerful seat of the prince-bishopric of Liège, rebuilt in Gothic style around 1185. It was demolished during the Liège Revolution and the subsequent French occupation, leaving only traces of the once-imposing church complex.
