Sint-Geertrui-abdij

St Gertrude's Abbey was a wealthy Augustinian priory in Leuven, founded in 1206 and suppressed in 1797. Following restoration, its monastic buildings served between 1917 and 1968 as a house of studies and student residence for Benedictine nuns.
