Sint-Adelbertabdij

Egmond Abbey is a Benedictine monastery in Egmond-Binnen, originally founded in the 10th century and re-established in 1935 after centuries of decline. The relics of St Adalbert rest beneath the altar of the abbey church, alongside the graves of several medieval counts of Holland.
