Braakman

The Braakman was originally a tidal inlet of the Westerschelde in Zeelandic Flanders, near Biervliet and Hoek in the municipality of Terneuzen. Following land reclamation, part of it survives as a nature reserve with an open-water lake, now a quiet base for landscape and bird photography.
