The former Clairefontaine Abbey, near Arlon in Luxembourg province, was a 13th-century Cistercian convent founded with the support of Ermesinde II of Namur. It served as a burial site for the House of Luxembourg, and its ruins are today a place of pilgrimage and visitor interest.
